Hello,

My name is Thomas Sterling Herington. I live in Maui, Hawaii. I work for a company called EnergyArts. Our mission is to bring the ancient wisdom of Taoism to the West. It is our hope that people in this time can benefit from, and put into practice these methods for healing the body, clearing and calm Leaves ing the mind, and engaging with the spirit.

Personally, I am interested in many forms of art. Music, dance, martial arts, calligraphy, drawing, painting, writing of all kinds, film and photography are all enjoyable to me. Art is a difficult word to define, however in my mind art is an integral part of human creativity, curiosity and ambition.

I have created this blog to let some of my feelings out through poetry and prose. Feel free to share your comments about my writing, or insert your poetry within the comments. If you would like your art (written or otherwise) posted on this site please let me know.
