The rollercoaster of love
I made you smile
I made you frown
I brought you up
and put you down
Days went by
and you would laugh
and then you’d cry
and you’d come back
Your eyes were dry
Why didn’t I just make you glad
Instead I’d have to make you sad
Why did I do it?
I don’t know why
You would beam with hope
and then you’d sigh
I wish of all these lines it was only the first
and didn’t come crashing down to the worst
Even if we end as friends
I would love to talk with you again
and as life goes on by and by
I know in my heart,
I’ll always try
And even after the day I die
I’ll never want to say goodbye
